You can go into a Sprint Service Center and ask them to use their Cellebrite machine to transfer contacts from CDMA to GSM. If it's a PDA you can always sync your contacts to your computer. You can always Bluetooth contacts from one device to another (LG has its famous "Send all Contacts") as long as both devices have Bluetooth. Quickest and easiest route would be Cellebrite at a Service Center.
