have vechicle code scanned bad engine coolant temperature sensor will cause vechicle to stall out and hard to crank when cold.

I believe what is happening is your freezer is not defrosting properly and your auto damper is opening just enough to keep the temperatures safe on the fresh food side. look into freezer and the rear wall. Is frost building up on the rear wall? If ye then this is a defrost issue and you will need to unplug and manually defrost with a hair dryer. Don't be afraid to remove the rear panel in freezer so you can see just what happens when defrost is not taking place. I think it is possible that you have a model LSD2615HEW but you will need to confirm before asking for parts. Inside the fresh food compartment and behind the control panel the model LSD2615HEW for example only has a Click Here=> 12002495 Adaptive Defrost Control Board I say example only because I had to assume your model number. This board is the most likely reason for this problem. Sometimes you may see burn marks on one side of board but not always. First thing unplug the unit. Then take off the front bottom grill. It should be behind there. You need to get on your hands and knees and be eyeball high with a ant using a flashlight. While your down there get the vacum cleaner out and **** out all of the dirt collected on the cooling fins. Use a crevice tool for that and be gentile. Hope I helped you.

main pcb board seems to be fryed . does it make and noise at all ,.. if not i would start by ordering pcb board

You say, the power works and the interior lights work but it wont get cold. It's a DEC fridge and it's about 2 years old.

Is the freezer also not cold?
If the fridge is not cold and the freexer is!!!
There are a couple things to sheck.

The two flahing lights are normal if the freezer is warm. It will display temperature when it gets cold. If it doesn't get cold there is another problem.
