Problem for Sony SNC-RZ30N Network Camera
USE FTP WAY TO UPGRADE
After i used FTP way to upgrade it , then whatever i try to use LAN enviroment , i still can't connect my Sony webcame Snc-RZ30N, what any way can make me connect it ?? please who can give me a favor?

- i already check it right way, because i didn't upgrade it before ,i can acess it and connected to inside in setting. but after i use FTP way to upgrade it , i can't access it anymore. is there any way can let me connect my ip address to setting again or remove all the SNONY RZ-30N then go back to factory setting?Clarification Request
