Jazz 179HD - memory card locked and battery charging

I purchased this camera last year and had no problems with it up until recently. It will not re-charge when plugged into the wall or the usb and it always displays memory card is locked. I have tried different cards and made sure the card itself wasn't locked and none have worked. The cards worked in a different camera. Can someone tell me why?

Try taking out the battery and turning it around. Making sure it's in correctly. Plug the USB cable in the back under the directional pad. Pleas, rate me!Watch close for Dragonflies
