Lines on upper left corner, inside of screen
Upper left corner, 1.5" high x 3" across, black lines cover up whatever is behind them. Configuration ofd lines looks like the following:

Looks like lines are on the inside of the clear plastic cover. Cannot reach inside the protective cover to wipe them.

its problem with the display cable
(not the one you connect to your pc)
open the lcd display and look for a cable that is attached to the front glass display. check whether it is dameged.. it cannot be replaced
you need to replace the whole display that would be better. and cost effective
