I have this pop-up come up and there is a Minolta cartrige in it but I can't seem to clear the problem

The second part is this

To ensure the best print quality, verify that a genuine KONICA MINOLTA toner cartridge is installed in the printer.
Problems caused by non-KONICA MINOLTA consumables could invalidate your warranty.

Don't know how to clear the problem and get my printer running again

Minolta printers work on "chips" if the chip atached to the cartridge is not original minolta you better change it.

Toner error

There are chips on the toner cartridge, that how the printer known it got a new cartridge so refilling does not work.

Toner problems with Konica Minolta 2450

very annoying message i agree - most likely caused by toner dust.

The printer uses a carousel to rotate the toner cartridges. Dust and toner can easily spill as the cartridges rotate. The error can appear at any time but seems to be most annoying after a paper jam or other error. It is also important to make sure that the cartridges themselves are clear of toner dust. Pay particulair attention to any copper contacts on the cartridge.

Error with Konica Minolta 2300W

Seems like when you changed the toner cartridge, that the cartridge is NOT SEATED PROPERLY when put back in the printer.

Take the cartridge back out and see if the side cover (held in place with one screw) is able to move freely on the cartridge, sometimes it sticks and won't allow the cartridge to run freely in the printer, thus this beeping noise and jamming of cartridge. there is also some small holes (three in total) on the inner side of cartridge (the side that goes in first) sometimes small bits of plastic are still stuck on the holes from manufacturing and you can remove this plastic around the holes with a knife, and give a free path for the cartridge to rotate.

Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W drum cartrige-how to replace?

Did you buy a whole new drum unit, or just change the cartridge? If so, the fuse may still be blown. Also, you may need to empty the spent toner out of the old cartridge.
