Recent warranty replacement of lid motors and since service stuck in Eco/fast wash mode. I have tried switching on and off at the wall with no success.
If this is part of warranty repair then the technician should be asked to come back and fix. Try to turn off mains power and then use a clean damp cloth and run on the program selection panel on top of drawer lid. But most likely some dirt on the underside of the panel. Need to take controller out and clean it.

Have you cleaned the drain filter ? If not, clean that ( it is beneath the rack where the utensil bin is normally positioned and accessible by lifting up the plastic door..If that is clogged up then your drain flow will be restricted. Also, check to make sure the drain line is not restricted ( pinced or clogged). .And yes , the drain is pumped out. If these tips do not get you going, please write back and let me know.. will help get your dw going ...

Most likely problem is the drawer close sensor mounted at the back of the housing is faulty. The lock function on these is electronic and unless the controller detects the drawer has closed it will not start the lock motors.
You will have to replace the sensor to make this work. There is a possibility the drawer may have come off the rail and therefore not travel to the end. This can be checked by inspecting the travel of the drawer.
In any case you will have to take the drawer out from the housing. see page 7 step 2 of the installation manual for this. This is for a later model but your model should be similar.

The fault you have described with the top drawer appears to be related to the lid seal becoming dislodged. However, I am slightly unclear if you can actually open the drawer or not. YOu mention it is hard to pull but you also say you see water at the bottom of the drawer. So I am assuming you are able to open the drawer. This is important otherwise it will become hard to check the problem.
It might help confirm if the lid seal is the problem if you can check which lights are on at the top of the drawer lid. For example NORMAL and RINSE. I am assuming since you have an integrated model there is no LCD display in the front.
If it is a lid seal problem then you may have to call the technician from Fisher and Paykel. It does involve a little patience and mechanical prowess to fix it. There is fiddling with motors etc involved.
You can check the parts out at this site.
