If you note, the power supply is out of stock. That is an indication that it is a common failure item.
If it is a LCD screen, it appears that the lcd inverter is going bad. It can be repaired, however with the lower costs of lcd monitors, you might be better off buying a new monitor.
By default, samsung phones connects as modem. You have to change the connection type to Memory Card.
Go to settings, connection and Data cable. Change modem to memory card.
