You can try this.
1. Access the Nero ControlCenter from one of the three following ways: -Click on the Windows® Start button, then select All Programs / Nero / Nero 10 / Nero ControlCenter -From Nero StartSmart, click the Start button, then select Toolbox / Nero ControlCenter -Click "Nero Update" alert bubble from the Windows® System Tray. Nero ControlCenter will launch automatically.
2. Click the Update tab to display the corresponding screen (Click the Check for Updates button to display any available updates) 3. Select the applications you want to update 4. Click the Update Now button to begin the download and automatic update 5. The selected applications should now be updated
Note: Click the Online Options Tab and select the "Check for updates" box. Updates will be performed automatically when online.

2. Choose "Options"
3. Click on the "Content" tab
4. Across from "Load images automatically" click "Exceptions"
5. Highlight the Facebook URL
6. Click "Remove site"
7. Close the Exceptions window
8. Click "OK"
9. Restart your browser And if you are using Mozilla Firefox please try the below steps:- 1. Go to the "Tools" menu
2. Choose "Options"
3. Click on the "Content" tab
4. Across from "Load images automatically" click "Exceptions"
5. Highlight the Facebook URL
6. Click "Remove site"
7. Close the Exceptions window
8. Click "OK"
9. Restart your browser
If you don't see an "Options" selection in the "Tools" menu, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Firefox" menu
2. Choose "Preferences"
3. Click on the "Content" tab
4. Across from "Load images automatically" click "Exceptions"

7. Close the Exceptions window

In order to clean the browser cache, please perform the steps:

INTERNET EXPLORER:

1.Open the web browser and click Tools and then click Internet options.
2.In the general tab, under browsing History you can select the bozxso that everytime you exit from the browser it automatically gets cleaned.
3.Click delete in order to clean it manually.

MOZILLA FIREFOX:

1.Open the web browser and click Tools and then Options
2.Click Privacy tab.
3.Check all the boxes.
4.Every time you close the browser it will clean automatically

start, control panel, system, device manager, sound video & game contollers tab, click this, tab under it appears, double click the tab
enter the driver dialog box, driver tab, roll it back, if greyed out, update the driver, let it search automatically on the internet for it.
take few mins.
Reboot.

type msconfig and click on ok
-click on startup tab.
- you uncheck 'yahoo messenger' from the list and it will be ok.
- also uncheck 'login automatically' for yahoo messenger, it will help.

Create a folder on your music player called System. Copy over the Font and Firmware update into this folder. Disconnect and then reconnect your mp3 player. It should then recognize it with Device Manager software. This took me a good two hours to figured out.
