Why does the riccar vacuum reset button not depress?

In my experience the Riccar requires reset when it has ingested something that jams the roller such as the fringe of an Oriental carpet. Be sure to clear any such obstruction, then I use a ball point pen to press the button. It does not move very far to accomplish a reset.

My passwurd was deleated and i do not remember it.

on the back or bottom of the router is a small button, you will need a ball point pen or something to press the button. push it in and this will do a "hard reset" you will now have what looks like a brand new router set with the factory defaults. You now have to go in and reset your device to the password and configuration you want.

How to reboot to reset password

The term "reboot" simply means to restart a device.
What you're asking for is "how do I do a factory reset of my router?".
In that case, most home routers have a "reset" button on the back that you have to push using something small like the tip of a ball-point pen.
Use the ball-point pen tip to press the reset button down for 10 seconds with the router still plugged-in to the power supply. While still holding the reset button down, unplug the router's power supply and wait 10 seconds. After that 10 seconds is up and while still holding the reset button down, plug-in the power supply to the router and wait yet another 10 seconds and then release the button.
This will return your router to factory defaults. Unfortunately, you didn't tell us the make or model number of the router, so I can't tell you for certain the URL to use to set up your router again.
Most likely it is either http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.1.1/ with some default password.

Where is the reset button on the Riccar 8995

The reset button on the Riccar 8955 is located on the back of the vacuum cleaner, at the very bottom, right above the rear wheels. You can push the reset button with a ball point pen or something similar.

Garmin Nuvi 205 WIll not power on

Press and hold the reset button with a ball point pen for eight seconds.
The reset button is nearly invisible. On the bottom of the unit is a grey label with a bunch of writing on it. There's a little splotch of printing with a circle, crosshairs, and the word "Reset." You'll ahve to look carefully. You can't actually SEE the button. It's beneath the circle on the label.
Use a ball point pen, press in at the circle and hold for eight seconds.

My Cross pen fell on the floor and won't work

was it a ball-point or ink pen tip???
if it is ball-pint. then all you have to do is get a refill cartridge from any of the office supply store or specialty shop.
if it is a fountain pen tip, then you have to send it back to cross for repair.
