What is the possible causes if there is no display but the power led indicator is okay

It can be bad solder joints, shorted transistors, bad fuse in the inverter circuits, bad caps, worst case will be the lamp assemblies.
See my pictures here:

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/

Benq 567s lcd monitor does not power up. Switch led blinks but goes dead. Tried replacing capacitor 450v 82uf with 400v 100 uf but did not work. please help.

That cap is for the Primary power supply switching circuits. How is the DC secondary side, no blown fuse, shorted transistors in the inverter circuits? Pictures will help, [email protected]

Dell 1905fp No Display ( No Picture) on screen but Power Indicate light stays on green. Or Screen Flickering.

You have either power supply or inverter circuits failure, worst case will be lamps.

When I connect the power to the monitor Dell E173FP 17, power bottom commence to turn on and off repeatedly...

Power LED is turning on and off because the power supply is in shutdown-restart mode becuase it sensing over current draw, it can be bad caps in power supply, shorted tramsistors (c5707) in the inverter circuits. See pictures: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/Dell%20E173FPb/
Check the fuse and the transistor out (check Emitter and Collector pin for short circuits)

My DELL monitor is not working I got a second

More likely to have problem in the inverter circuits, check for short between Emitter and Collector pin of the four transistors as shown in the pictures.

It just stopped working. Push the power on, no light and display doesn't come on. Took apart and checked the fuse. Fuse ok.

No caps with bulging tops? Listen real close to the power supply section for fainted clicking sound, if you do hear that, then the power supply is in shutdown/restarting mode either due to bad caps or short circuits in the inverter section. Post picture will help, see eaxmple of failed monitors due to bad caps: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

My Dell 1905FP 19 monitor went black & green power light flickers

It sound like a short circuit. I had this problem with 1907FP model. It had an USB port on the monitor which got damaged and it was shortening to the groung. In your case it might be a bad internal power supply board.
