After storing my bernina in my home for about a year, I got it out of its case and it freezes up. Sometimes it will turn on properly and am able to make a few stitches then it will just freeze up. Sometimes I can turn it on and it will not even make it to the ready to sew before freezing up. What to do?
I took my artista 200e to my local bernina dealer and my machine needed to be upgraded - it hadn't had a software upgrade since new. I got it back today ad it's now working fine
