ok i finally found it ! all you have to do is clear the comment on your account avatar. whatever you have it set to. avatar is the little icon next to your ps name

I have same problem and i fixt u must delete ur user on playstation 3 and create ageine and loggin on playstation network use ur accoaund and list sut be back
