Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
I may have fixed it. i have the same problem with my Casio Type-S on getting stuck on registering applications. i found that as soon as your keyboard lights up right before phone vibrates hold down the clear and the power button at the same time as soon as the keyboard lights up. it will for some reason by pass the app and work. but i had to keep doing it every time i turned my phone off and back on.

Hmm thats odd, if possible try to delete the applications off your phone. you will lose them but it might get your phone working. if not you can always contact the manufacturer and get it fixed. hope this helps. :)
