FIRST THING TO CHECK IS IF THE PRINTER IS DISPLAYED IN THE PRINTER WINDOW IF SO RIGHT CLICK ON IT AND GO TO PROPERTIES THEN TO THE PORT SETTINGS AND MAKE SURE IT HAS NOT BEEN SET TO USB OR TCPI PORT YOU CAN SCROLL DOWN AND MAKE SURE IT IS SET TO LOCAL PRIINTER THIS WINDOW AT GENERAL SETTINGS WIL ALLOW YOU TO PRINT TEST PAGE AS WELL
