I have an RCA H106A Lyra MP3 player (I assume this is a version of the H100, since I can't find the H106A listed anywhere else). When I installed the software on my pc, I got an error message saying that I need Windows Media Player 10. I have Windows Media Player 11 installed. Is there a way to make the Lyra work with the Windows Media Player 11? What other options do I have?

when i plug in my player my computer can see it and asks me if i want to browse the files. But when i try to add music it shows the mp3 files being added but they never get added to my player.
