How can calibrate jewellery tag in tlp2844

I am not able to print properly jewellery label (tag) in zebra tlp2844. there are 2 tags in each label. First one print all right, but next ones are not on the tag, printer leaves some gap. i have removed gaps between labels as well in printer properties, but still nothing.
please if you can let me know how can i calibrate jewellery tag in tlp2844
