I can no longer get sound through the ear pieces and now only can get sound on the radio channel the DVD is set for 88.9 FM. When I first got it I was able to have the kids use their ear pieces but now only can hear through the radio. Also can no longer switch radio channels to hear music while the kids hear their DVD. I need help appreciate your assistance.
