Stuck on mc 50 screen

This is an error code for the IRA-C9065PRo. I"m not familiar with the IR-C9060. These may be close enough to help. An E023-0202 is occurring at power on. The error code E023-0202 points to a fault in the developing stirring motor. In this case, the magenta toner bottle was stuck in the hopper assembly causing the code. The bottle was removed from the hopper and then the hopper was reset by manually rotating it from behind with the hopper tool. This resolved the code Hope this helps

is it also when you print blank pages after the 25-50 pages? if so it could be the fuser, if not it could be the imaging unit. Check your magenta imaging unit and fuser roller anyway. If any of them is dirty, replace them.

this is because you are cold booting the unit. Everytime you cold boot a 9090 it re-sets all saved settings. No it's not compatible. The mc-50 is much more versatile though. mc-80 has zip drive with much more storage space.

This code indicates that the Black Drum has reached 100k. It could also be the black developer and primary transfer belt are at 100k.

DC = Drum Cyan
DM = Drum Magenta
DY = Drum Yellow
DK = Drum blacK

Even if it is reset you will still need the drum unit or drum/mc kit replaced very soon. These units do not last much longer than specified. After this the print quality deteriorates rapidly. Eventually the drum edges wear away so much that they can force developer out of the dev tank. You can usually get away with not replacing the K dev. If you reset the K dev at the same time as replacing the K drum unit, the machine adjusts itself can function normally. A dev normally lasts 200-300K. touch the reset icon on the screen and the machine will start to reboot again.
