Cords can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. There are no adapters to use in AC outlets. You have to determine if it's 110 volts or 220 volts first. You cannot convert one to the other. Replacement plugs are inexpensive at the same hardware stores to change it to your needs. Follow proper safety precautions or have an electrician do it.
You just need to go to Radio shack, and get a DC9V Adapter at 500mA and the correct polarity of (-) on the outside and (+) in the center. Original was a AHEAD AC Adapter Model ADB-0900500
