I DON'T KNOW. IF AVAILABLE, CONSIDER 'RETURN TO FACTORY SETTINGS' OR 'ORIGINAL SETTINGS'.

I have just purchased a Lumic Panasonic camera DMC-FS10. Could you please tell me what memory card is the best to purchase for this model. Thank you

Your camera can use both SD and SDHC (high-capacity) cards. With 14 megapixels, I'd recommend the SDHC. If you're going to shoot videos, get a class 6 card. It's more expensive but it shoots videos trouble-free. Sandisk is a good brand.

DMC FZ 20 powers on but the controls do not work.

Make sure the camera is not in play mode. look for a reset procedure or a firmware flash procedure.

Low light situation

Where the Panasonic FZ-20 does very well, is with conditions where you need a long zoom under low light. Most lenses will lose light as they are zoomed out. The Leica lens in the FZ-20 does not lose light when zoomed. No matter which camera you are using, you will have to use the manual controls for the best results. So learning about exposure and how to use it, is necessary.
