Rats. Sorry to hear that. You've got a bad DVD drive. If it's under
warranty still just get your serial number off the back and call
1-800-4MY-XBOX for repair or replacement.
This is a common problem and some people even choose to replace the DVD drive to reduce the noise while the console is operating.
