Epson Stylus CX 4200 won't print color copies of anything

Thank you for your free assistance. My problem is that when I try to print a color copy of anything, all I get is a solid page of semi-colored gray ink! I've check my cartridges' ink levels--all are fine. I've done both nozzle and head cleanings. Everything seems to be in order, but I am unable to print things using the color option. Black and white printing works fine. This problem just suddenly appeared. Any suggestions you have for fixing/trouble-shooting this problem would be most appreciated. Thank you again.
