Hello! I would say it is most likely the clock spring inside the steering wheel behind the air bag. This is what provides power to the wheel and air bag itself. This could also cause your horn not to work and possibly illuminate the air bag light as well. Very common problem. Let me know if this helps or if you have any more questions

2003 Caravan: 1) Horn not working, fuse is good? 2) Cruse Control not working?

Hi, if your cruise buttons are on the steering wheel, the problem is your clockspring under the steering wheel. Special tools are needed to pull the steering wheel, but I can send instructions if you would like to do it yourself.

I have a 2005 dodge caravan. the headlights have

On the van you have a high beam fuse and relay. On the low beam you also have a fuse and relay. Check the fuse/relay panel for a blown fuse controlling the low beam lights. If you do not find a blown fuse have some one to turn the key on and turn on the high beam lights> During this time locate the low beam headlight relay and place your finger on top of relay, have the other person to switch from high beam to low beam lights. You should feel a click in the relay when they make the switch from high to low beam. If not replace the relay and the problem should go away. Hope this will help you.

Check the fuel supply particularly the fuel filter and pump. Also, check the mass airflow sensor and check the engine intake system and hoses for vacuum leaks.
