Hi,do you hear any strange noises? If you hear clicking or like wanting to turn on it could be the board that powers the lamp it's called the ballast. Hi,do you hear clicking or like wanting to turn on?If you do it could be an issue with the ballast that is the board that powers the lamp.If you dont hear that and tv is between 2-4 yrs most likely its time to replace lamp.Make sure you Get the Philips brand.God bless you and your house.

this is the problem related to display of ur TV screen...please contact the service centre...plz dont try to repair it urself..

I think you need to exchange the Main Board.

Hello there. I'm sorry to say that it sounds as if the element that actually energizes your screen is bad. It is most likely overheating. or quite poosible the power converter lost a resistor or 2.

Goto www.magnavoxhelp.com. They have a kit that will fix this common problem.

When I turn on the TV I hear the click sound and the TV powers up. Immediatly the red (standby) light begins to flash 6 times on and off. this happenes only in the morning, but after 5:00PM when youturn on the TV as if nothing is wrong.
