Wifi no on option only off in setting

Wifi will not turn on in the options will just ask if i want to reset to factory settings. help

turn camera on, turn upper dial to setup, have the display on, use the up/down arrows on the back of the camera to click to RESET ALL, use the side arrow to to click to the reset box, either NO or RESET.

Not 100% sure about this model, but most have another battery in the camera for the clock functions. That battery could be low.
Try looking in the manual for the clock battery and pull that and replace it. See if that helps.

There's a common problem in the flash arm. I found this link that shows a simple repair. If you use this and make the repair yourself, understand that you will void your warranty if you have one. Also, do not touch the bulb as you'll get oil on it, and don't touch the solder points on the wiring, you'll get zapped. http://www.vimeo.com/3141400

Remove the battery for 20 mins. Then replace the battery and go to the camera's Menu setting and set the date & time.

I'm guessing you set a password on the home screen, a password, pattern or pin? If so, and the WiFi was on, trying to get in enough times would ask that you log onto your Google account and change your password.

If the WiFi was off, you have only one option I am aware of, a factory reset.

you probably want to access you router, right ? Your router has a standard passwort set yhich should be written under your router ( depends on which router u use ). If u changed it you can reset your router to factory settings and then reenter it and it should work. (you have to look up how to reset your router because i dont know what kind youre using ) Resettin will also reset wifi passwort / name and ever other options u might have changed beforehand.
