Re: weak steam stream

Have you descaled the unit? If so, milk might have been sucked up into the frothing wand. Take off the exterior covering of frothing wand...rinse it well.

I have used a large paper clip...straighten it out. Take the straightened out paper clip and insert it into the metal stem gently and move it around inside the metal stem. This may dislodge the blockage. Before putting the exterior cover back on, turn on the the frothing wand to see if it has improved the power of the steam.

Fill volume is decreasing, despite descaling according to directions in owner's manual. Unit is less than a year old. First fix was to merely program to next larger size, but fill volume seems to...

I would recommend you contact Keurig directly with your problem, as they have a liberal warranty policy. There are really no user serviceable parts on the Keurigs. I had one quit and they shipped me out a complete new unit after verifying the serial number, only requiring I send back the K cup holder (cone) from the old one.

The water output on my Spidem Villa was decreasing so I descaled it (I've done this before). No it will not dispense any coffee or water/steam at all. Apparently some of the scale deposits are lodged...

The first place I would check is the steam wand. Remove the pannarrello (loosen the cap all the way and pull down on the bottom. Leave the cap and seals on the wand). Clean the tip of the wand and check to see if that cleared the blockage.

How strong should the output for the cappucino/ latte steamer? Mine just sort of dribbles the steamed milk. Thanks

When steaming the milk/cream make sure to hold the rubber nozzle to the very bottom of the cup and also make sure you are leaving enough water to produce the steam after brewing a cup of espresso. Also you'll want to check the breather tube that sticks up from the nozzle and make sure it is free of buildup. When the steamer is operating correctly it should produce a loud growling sound.

You need to contact Delonghi and order a part. This is the steam/water outlet assembly. This part includes an electronic solenoid which controls the water and steam output. I have had this problem 3 times. You may find the steam/ water is very loose when you try to wobble it sideways. This is the indication as to what is the problem, (as mentioned above).

Left power and steamer on overnight and now machine doesn't work

they have a heat fuse attached to the side of the pump so when you do what you did that melts and does not damage the coffee maker
They charge $100 to replace which is a bit tough, you could bypass easily but could damage to machine it not careful
as we have two and one has just stopped pumping, not picking up water so maybe worn valves and I just have it all to bits and saw the heat fuse on the side of the pump,
