The camera worked fine and so did the flashlight now both are messing up.
Take out the battery and that should fix both

Well I had that problem and I called verizon. Then they sent me a new phone. So try calling them and see what happens. They will most likely send you a new phone or have a solution for it. Sorry I did not have a answer to help you right now but thats my best suggestion.

There are a couple things that may be going on here:
1) Take it back to the carrier and see if they will replace it. Just tell them that the camera doesnt work. You dont need to volunteer that it was wet. They will be able to tell if they want to. If it was wet, your warranty is voided and they dont have to replace it.
2) rain has parts of dust and dirt in it. Drying the phone in the sun would have left that dirt behind and it could be on the connectors where the phone's main board meets the camera. The only fix for this would be to take the phone apart and try to clean the phone with rubbing alcohol QTip.
3) The battery, when it got wet sent a surge and short circuited the camera.

If you are not comfortable taking the phone apart, then dont.
