Xbox 360 Cannot access Xbox Live

-   my sons console coming up to 12 months old has recently been banned. he has in no way altered or used any cheat codes yet 4 calls to microsoft have yielded nothing, all i get is that the z code tells their system the console has been modified in some way. a letter of complaint to the states was a waste of time also.
any chance of repair or overturning ban, if not what legal recourse would i have against the might that is microsoft?

-   mine doas the same and my windows live id wont let me acess that idir it says my email address has being claimed by someone else then it made me change it and its making me create a new gamertag doas anyone know how i can acess my account its steve3194 thanks-   steve3194

-   go to sign into my xbox live account and after a wait it just comes up with test connection and when i do everythings all conected wht do i do?-   dikvandike
