Problem for Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Xbox 360 Cannot access Xbox Live
Every time I try to access Xbox Live it fails. I then try to diagnose connections as it recommneds. It runs through the list (IP, DNS fine etc) until it gets to XBox live. It tthen ponders this around before returning the word 'fail'. When I ask for more info in the box next to this it tells me nothing.

- my sons console coming up to 12 months old has recently been banned. he has in no way altered or used any cheat codes yet 4 calls to microsoft have yielded nothing, all i get is that the z code tells their system the console has been modified in some way. a letter of complaint to the states was a waste of time also.any chance of repair or overturning ban, if not what legal recourse would i have against the might that is microsoft?

i was playing a game online and my profile disconeccted i tried to sign back in and it wouldent let me everything was fine but xbox live in the xbox live conecction test im just woundering if i can fix it or is it just something wrong wit xbox live and everybody is disconected

my system is not a modified or illegal 360 I was playing on line and suddenly I was cut off from online play I ran the test and it said xbox live failed
