Depends which wireless headphones you have. Most headphones do not use WiFi, they use Bluetooth or 2.4 MHz RF. Usually a wireless headphone set will have a transmitter plus the headphones. The transmitter usually connects to the TV either with the analog L+R ouputs or the stereo headphone jack.
Try plugging it in to the charger for a while. That sometimes works. Also, if it got any moisture in it, you may have a short causing the power to remain on.

with the headset off, press & hold the power button for about 9 seconds until the indicator light alternately blinks red and blue. Set your phone to search for a new headset or bluetooth device. When it finds the headset, the passcode shoudl be 0000
Make sure you put the bluetooth in discovery mode, otherwise the phone wont be able to find it. I have a plantronics bluetooth and my env2 works just fine with it. Good luck.

Push and hold both vol(+) and vol (-) at the same time for approx 2 secs. The headset will falsh green and red lights. Get your phone to search for bluetooth devices. It should find the headset. Enter pairing code 1234 in phone. Done
