Question about GE Kitchen Ranges
On the front right burner, when the element is turned on, under the glass cooktop you can see a orange spark about 0.5" away from the central round element. It looks like a spark from a wire that is not completely attached to the element. Is this possible or is this a normal event, although I do not see the same thing on the other 3 burners.
I'd say its not a normal event, and that the element is about to burn out. I just replaced mine and on the old element there was a nice burn mark where once the element was solid.
