How can i add my add on amplifiler adapter to my back speakers?

most places that sell car stereos sell a tap adaptor kit costs about 20 bucks or more it hooks right to factory radio plug in dash and lets you hook any aftermarket radio/amp right in as all the wires are marked for there function (just match em up) No cutting and splicing required
proper kit is specific to your make and model car/truck

Where are the speaker wire tie-in in the trunk for after market subs on a 2014 Lancer Evolution MR?

the car company do not put aftermarket wires in anything , they are called aftermarket because someone put them in there after the car was bought, most likely they are not in there , if the 4 wires are green or blue and 2 black ones they may be speaker wires but my guess is theta they are for a option from the factory add on light a set of extra lights or for a tow package , good luck

I have a fender frontman 65r with a 8ohm speaker can i add another 8ohm speaker to this

http://cie-wc.edu/Series_Parallel_9_14.pdf
Not recommended.
you could add 3 more 8 ohm speakers in series / parallel wiring and keep an 8 ohm load to the amp, or
2x 4 ohm speakers in series, or
2x 16 ohm speakers in parallel

Kenwood dnx7100 in protect mode

Hi,

Your receiver is detecting a problem in the speaker wiring and is going into protection mode. If the receiver shuts off due to volume level, this can be caused by a poor connection, damaged speaker, insufficient gauge wire, or connecting multiple speakers to one speaker output. The connections at the receiver and speaker should be clean with the ends of the wire twisted tightly, preventing any strands from missing the terminal. Connecting two sets of wires together to add distance should be done with terminals and insulated to prevent the wires from touching each other. If using thin wire, replace completely with heavier gauge wire; do not add to the existing length. Be careful not to push the speaker wires in too far, this will cause the speaker terminals to grip the insulation and not the conductor. The speakers being used must have an impedance within the range listed next to the receiver’s speaker outputs, normally between 6? - 16?. The impedance of your speaker should be listed behind the speaker itself.

If problems continue, disconnect the speaker wires from behind the receiver and power the receiver on. The receiver will shut off quickly if there is an internal short and would need to be serviced if this happens. If it stays on, try connecting the speakers one at a time. Replace any speaker that causes the receiver to shut off.

Thanks.

I can not watch the videos and movies in my Kenwood KVT 617 DVD

hi there
on the back of this unit is a green brake wire you need to buy a 3 pined toggle switch ...........you need to take a small but mid size length speaker wire and attach to 12v (red wire) going into back of kenwood unit add another speaker wire to the ground wire (black wire) of kenwood unit... now on the 3 pined toggle switch add the power speaker wire to the toggle switch add the ground speaker wire to the toggle switch once this is done add the green wire to the last toggle switch pin........put the kenwood unit back in dash.......now turn the car and toggle switch on...........put in a DVD and if screen shows DVD all is done...... but if the screen does not show the DVD......just switch the green wire with the black wire on the toggle switch and now it should work

Adding speakers to Fender Passpost 500 Amp system

If you add 8 ohm speakers in parallel then you would be running the amps into a 4 ohm load ...which will overheat and possibly damage them ...... if you wire series then the amps would be loaded to 16 ohms ...which would be ok ..but you will only develop 70 % of the total output power
IE a 100watt would be down to 70 watts
much better to add some seperate powered speakers
