i think it is a single stage furnace, all wiring are the same. use R and W, no other wires needed if you have no aircon. connect C if you want thermostat uses AC power from furnace.

I just replaced a thermostat on a york furnace model gy9s100c16up11h. During the process i connected the red and white wire and the unit came on after making the connections it will not come on even if I jump the red and white wires without the thermostat. Thanks Dan
