Timer section is fubar. Reset the electronics to factory defaults and see if that cures the issue. If not, the timer section needs to be replaced.

I have a dayton fuel trimmer furnace model # 3E438A and the problem is that upon ignition to the furnace the unit runs and after about 3 minutes the units inducer fan shuts off and the flames stays on....

It sounds to me like your draft motor is probably shuttimg off on thermal overload. They will get to hot and shut down until the motor cools down then run again. But by that time it's caused other trouble so I think you need to replace the motor first and then see what other problems it has caused.I hope this helps you and thanks.

I have a Payne air conditioning unit and I noticed today that the fan was not running and it was not cooling my house. I manually turned the fan and it kicked on but the compressor just clicks and does not...

Are you sure there is a condenser reset button? If there is,the condenser is on the opposite end of the tubing where the compressor and evaporator are.You may have to remove a panel but if there is a reset,it may be right on the condenser itself.Knowing the way stuff is made these days,it is probably in the hardest to reach spot possible.lol.Good luck! Re: Kenmore Plasmaire air conditioner; suddenly stopped working during night. Motor will initially turn on but no air coming through, then will stop

Most likely you have a bad fan,did you have a storm or lighting strike or power drop / outage .
These type of things can cause trouble with a weak electrical part - not know the age of the Unit - you claim it happen in the middle of the night - if the fan Humms and cut outit could be a cap. that helps you fan start - but the fan is damaged if it tryed to start time and time again . Call service if the unit is worth it .

The a/c unit cooling fan shuts down shortly after unit kicks on.

If a fan motor quits working during a cycle it usually means that the thermal protector is turning it off. If you had an amp meter on it, you would notice that it is exceeding the listing on the nameplate, Nine times out of ten this is irreversable, the motor needs to be changed. Sometimes if there are oil ports on the motor, you can add a few drops of zoom spout oil and that does the trick. But usually the motor is already damaged. Good luck.

AC Fan outside running slow

The brown wire goes to the capacitor. It probably shorted out with the nicked wire. Replace the capacitor.

My AC unit keeps freezing up on the copper lines going into the house from the outside unit. It also freezes up on the inside lines and the air is not cooling my home down.

Operate your air conditioner with the fan in the on position. But first turn the fan on, turn the temp up or shut the cooling off. Your coil is more than likely frozen over. At night when outside temperature drops the refrigerant pressure and temperature in the system also drops. This action can cause icing of the cooling coil, with the fan in automatic everything shuts down at the end of a cooling cycle. Thus no air movement to melt ice on previous cooling cycle.

Amplifier power cutting out

not enough power to amp and or amps location is too hot might want to invest in a couple cooling fans from computer store and attach where needed

an amp should take up to 3/4 load but when not enough air to it to cool it off it will shut down

try this turn gain all the way down and slowly work up too desired amp volume setting
