SOURCE: How do you replace the cartridge in a Ondine volume control valve for a shower

Turn off the water supply before you work on the control valve.

You need to remove the lever/handle first and covers so that you can see the stem of the control valve. Then, use a spanner to unscrew the stem/cartridge.

I have a Mira sport shower it works but dose not get hot is it the thermastate that's gone I have had it for about 12 years

The thermostatic cartridge is the part of the shower valve which control's the temperature of the water, therefore if there is a problem with the water temperature, the absolute probability points towards the thermostatic cartridge being at fault.

I would suggest you extract the thermostatic cartridge, remove any bits blocking water flow into the cartridge and then soak it in limescale remover. Put silicone grease on the O'rings. Install it again. If that doesn't work, the element within the cartridge could be faulty, so you could try replacing the element. If that doesn't work you will have to either replace the entire shower valve or replace the cartridge.

All of what I've said is based on the assumption that you are receiving hot water to your shower valve.

I've been working with thermostatic cartridge for many years and can tell you with confidence the above information likely applies to yourself. Shower Thermostatic Cartridge Spares

Our Ondine ESS Model # 25021-2 is reading an error message E 3. Our builder did not give us a user/service manual and we have no idea how to troublehoot the problem. It may have to do with temperature...

I have a manual with the error codes listed.
E3 is the error code for:
A. valve is "frozen" or
B. motor is unable to turn the thermostatic valve.

I have no idea how long this question has been out here so if youve already found that out I hope you have resolved your problem

We have an Ondine Hand Shower. Ondine Interbath 112.18.1M 25GPM/9.5 LPM MAX and the head is clogged and we do not get a full spray - How do I clean it? S. Seipp

Either remove it and soak it in CLR (calcium, lime, rust remover) or fill a container and tie it to shower outlet in such a way that head is emersed in the CLR. You can buy it at pretty well any hardware store, or home depot. If you don't want to try that, use vinegar, and soak it as well, I usually try to do it at end of day when shower won't be used, then let it sit in solution overnight.

Moen one control shower faucet is leaking hot water

Try replacing the cartridge first. That's your best bit . Next would be the whole valve. Hopefully, it's just the cartridge.
