Buffalo Nfiniti Router Ouside Antenna

I would like to install a Buffalo Wireless N Nfiniti router in a building but think I will need an outside antenna for distance. (and to clear the building walls) Can I add an external outside antenna that would be mounted outside to my router? Where would I get one, Thanks

Yes you can, HOWEVER.
The wireless router frequency is very close to the wireless handset telephone. Unless you have a clear line to the transmitter, you may be interrupted as I was with Earthlink. It was 2 blocks away and passed through homes of elderly people whom still use wireless handsets at home.
Needless to say, I was dropped often.
The proper cable would cost you over a hundred dollars and would have to be placed on the roof.
Weight the reason why you want to do this, then act.

Did you loose WiFi access password or router password?
If it's WiFi password then you can connect over Ethernet cable, login to the router (default password is blank) and change WiFi password.
If it's router password you will need to reset it to factory defaults and setup everything from scratch.

Here is the manual with the details.

Forget password

if you forget your router password or your wep password, the easiest way to fix this is reset your router.

on the bottom of your buffalo router there is likely a recessed button that will reset the unit to 'out of the box' default settings. you will have to enter all your information /time/date/wireless security settings from scratch.

How do I secure my Buffalo WZR-G300N? I have lost the pin code and camnt get back in. I have read on another site that to reset the username is: root and Password is nothing (i.e blank). Once this is done...

Some wireless routers have a pinhole reset button on the back of the router. If so, use a sharp point to press and hold this button until the LED lights flash, then release the reset button. The router should be restored back to the factory defaults.
You can then open IE browser and type in the configuration IP address of the router to configure the wireless settings, you most likely need to connect a LAN cable from the computer to the router, configure the wireless settings (ie SSID, encryption etc) take a note of these settings and configure the wireless card on the computer with these settings. Then the computer can communicate with the router without using a LAN cable.

Internet disconnection

I think the problem would be the over use of the modem, try turning it off when noone is using.
