You can download the WEBcan and device drivers from the Samsung WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model computer/notebook and the Windows drivers you require :-. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

It looks like your charger has died. Check if it has been damaged. You can purchase another one from a nearby computer shop or from Samsung.

I had the exact same problem.
To solve this you have to download and install the Easy Display Manager. Go to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/NP-R440-JAE1US select Downloads -> Software and look for the download link (click on ZIP icon). Make sure to download the one that corresponds to your OS.

All of the driver software that Samsung have available for the R440 are there for download, including networking (both wireless and wired).
