Do you have a legit copy of windows, sometimes if the copy is (Backup) then Windows will purposely disable drivers.
If, its a genuine version, first try plugging your usb device into another usb port somewhere. Try powering down your PC and powering it back on. If these steps do not work, go to Start>Contro>Driver/Devices and look if there is any Yellow caution signs with the device plugged in. If so, click on it and follow the steps prompted to find the appropriate driver for your USB device. It will do a search by itself.

same prob pull fuse IOD out and put it back in place .I have to do this about every week . Also lights turn off when driving.Piece of junk.Also belt rattle. Good luck

hi..my problem was fixed already.I just unpluged my reciever in few hours like abuot 3 hours.And then when i came back,i tried to plug in and its work..this is the way that ived than..thank you again.
Product keys issued from OEMs will only work on OEM computers. Vista N series means that the system was shipped without OS so only the retail versions of product keys can be used on these systems
