I have the same problem with a 2010 Murano. It doesn't happen in the winter like you said. It has to do with the air conditioner or with humidity. I just drove today with the AC off and the problem went away. It could be a power problem or a moisture problem.
that is a code for the A/F sensor. that is a air/fuel ratio sensor aka front 02 sensor. used to be called front 02 sensor, but nowadays they call them A/F sensor.

there is a emission system recall for these codes for your year and model contact the Nissan dealer, it is a no charge repair.
