Problem for Kodak EasyShare Z1275 Digital Camera

Batteries die with 5 minutes of using.

Are there spwecial batteries or is there something I can do so as not to run out of power with one usage.

Hi
Digital camera's eat batteries mainly due to flash being used all the time.
If you don't need to use the flash don't, it will last longer.
The best batteries i found to use with my camera are Duracell Alkaline.

I use Rechargeable Energizer 2500 Mah Nickel Metal Hidride. Tried different Alkalines and they "died" quickly. Have used these rechargeables since last November in two Z1275s and they work fine. Suggest getting a 4pk and keeping the other two charged and ready. Should run around $30 US but worth the price over time.
