I purchased a ZLE420 from Ebay but it arrived with out the main console (so not much good)I have had a refund and they let me keep the trainer but now I have a trainer that I cannot use, I can only find the parts in the USA and they will not ship to UK. Proform will not have the console in stock until May and I cannot pre order it, is there anywhere in the UK that holds parts for these??

IS THE SAFTY CARD INSTALLED ? MOST TREDMILLS HAVE A SAFTY LOCK OR CARD THAT HAS TO BE IN OR READING FOR THE SYSTEM TO START

I think you are talking about the front roller. It has a rubber sleeve that helps to grip the walking belt. Sometimes you can tighten this enough to keep it from slipping but you run the risk of overtightening and damaging both rollers. We recomend replacing that roller.

Pull the batteries out let it reset itself while its doing that check all cable to make the connection are seated firmly then reinstall the batteries, unless the function pad is sending a phantom signal engaging the display to be on continuously,or by pure chance the upper electronics went hay wire

If you can hear the adjustment motor running the problem could be related to two things:
1. Broken or stretched resistance adjustment cable.
2. Broken bracket for the magnet return spring.
If the resistance is on maximum all the time the second issue is most likely the cause.
