Repairs london I have a stokke Crusi that I have just purchased secondhand, supposed to be only 3 months old, but seller has not given me the purchase receipt or warranty, so doubt I will get it and I have 2 problems with the pushchair. 1. The button in the centre of the handlebar to enable the seat to raise up and down does not work, it is stuck in, I can bash it to make it pop out but that is ideal. Also 2. The frame is squeaking, HELP please

SOURCE: Unfolding the Chassis - Handlebar Loose

I had the same problem... the handlebar would 'un-pop' and shake around a lot making the whole stroller unsteady. I started to get all upset and worried about sending it back but i decided to clean it first. After using the silicon spray from the maintenance kit on the joints of the stroller IT WORKS LIKE NEW! yay! Try this before assuming its broken :)

SOURCE: Seat Unit Dropping Down the Chassis

Stokke has been contacted about this problem a few times and they offer a replacement piece that you insert yourself so that the system does not descend and it will be secured tighter. Just call them or email them...they are very good about helping you out with these problems even if your stroller is second-hand or no longer under warranty. Their Customer Service is amazing!

I own a Stokke Xplory Stroller too...and although I have not had this problem...I know about it.

Hi,

If you contact http://www.stokke.com/en-gb/contact-us.aspx you should be able to purchase this part. This is called the bumper bar and attaches in front of the seat unit.
ALternatively, any retailer that stocks Stokke products should be able to order this for you.

The brake part of my stokke wheels is broken so now when i put the breaks on the wheel keeps going round, where can i get this fixxed or a repacment part as cheap as posible, thanks

Hi I have the same issue with my Brake - we have called Stokke who say that a full new fishtail (back section that folds in needs to be replaced, the price to do this £180!! Including shipping.
I think i could replace the section in about 5 minutes, but there just doesn't seem to be Parts department anywhere :-( We have our 8 month old using this as her mode of transport just now, since her big sister has outgrown it, so long since passed it's 3year cover period.

The right front wheel of the xplory is stiff

Was your Xplory purchased new?

If so Stokke give a 3 year warranty on the Xplory. Get in touch with the shop you purchased it from of Stokke Direct.

If you didnt buy brand new, then apart from a little WD40 i dont really know the solution.. anyone else help?

Please contact your nearest Stokke agent or the place you purchased the stroller.They will supply the necessary part for the sliding problem.It's very easy and would not take too long.
