Epson AcuLaser CX11NF - not accepting new toner

Hi. I have an Epson AcuLaser CX11NF that is asking to Replace Toner Y. However, it's not accepting the new cartridge. I have replaced it 3 times. I have shaken the toner and re-inserted it multiple times. I have rebooted the printer. It's not accepting the new toner. Any other suggestions? Thank you kindly.

I had the same probelm. I solved it by replacing the chip in the end of the cartridge out of another new cartriges I had on hand. So my guess is you have a faulty chip in your cartrige. The chip is the black circle in the coloured end of the cartrige. It can be pryed out with a small flat blade screw driver. (If you still don't know what I am talking about, search for how to refill CX11NF toner cartrige for pictures or a video, it will probably be the last step.) Of course now I have the problem I have another cartrige without a functioning chip, but at least it got me going again. (New chips are available online)

I'm still waiting for someone to give a solution for this problem. My epson cx11nf keep saying "replace toner k" after i already replaced it with a new one.

how is it that there is no solution for this? What the hell. My printer is just a huge brick now because of this problem. I will never buy an epson again... ever. Plus I will encourage everyone i know to boycott this company until they post a fix. This is total BS. I'm thinking class action.

Epson Acculaser CX11NF Error 'Service Req E527'

Hi.. To fix the E527 error, close the front panel (cover A) and open the top cover (cover B). With the photoconductor unit removed, the toner carousel will rotate. It only rotates if cover A is closed all the way. You can easily rotate the carousel to a position where you can remove/reinstall the toner cartridge if stuck.

Thanks
