I am no hardware or software man and my Multimedia audio controller is missing and I do not know the make of the motherboard but do know that the sound card is with the mother board.
Please advise.

try to look for the biggest letter and number printed on your motherboard, usually printed in white, it has two letters or three letters followed by a number sometimes a four digit number or another alphabet letters , then we will help you look for your multimedia device drivers of your motherboard, hope this help, thanks for using fixya!
