Question about Nokia 1100
This is mainly caused by reception problems, depending on where you are located in relation to the cell towers, if you are in a basement, cover the antenna with your hand, etc.
You can buy a signal booster that attaches to your battery, but I don't know of anyone that has had any luck with them.
other option, get a different phone.
