Question about Motorola Mobility PEBL U6 Cellular Phone
Bought new PEBL phone. Worked ok yesterday, placed and received calls.
Set up wireless Bluetooth last night. Made one call on Bluetooth, successfully. Now today no incoming calls (whom ever tries to call gets
network busy call failed) and when I dial outgoing call I get a white out screen shortly after screen says dialing. Can you help me? This phone is from ebay for either Tmobile or Cingular and we are using Cingular and it registered immediately when I put in my sim card. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
You should try a master reset and clear....then connect back the wireless if the same problem occurs then try upgrading the firmware or have it reflash...that can be done by taking the phone to a mobile service center or mobile professional technician.
