Hi
Make sure you are using clean/non scratched discs, Also your lasor needs cleaned, If you are any good with your hands take the top off your system, locate the lasor "eye" and rub it gently with a cotton bud dipped in methylated spirits then rub it gently with a dry cotton bud making sure not to leave any fibers from the bud on the "eye" put the top back on, This should do the trick, Hope this helps.
