Apparently my 1998 Windows 98 setup (Packard Bell) has insufficient display memory for flat screen application. I'm going to see if I can increase the display memory if I can figure out how!

Usually on frigidaire you will hold down on the clock button (may be a picture of a clock) until it blinks and use the up and down arrow buttons to change the time. When the time is set hit the clock button again.
