Re: Wireless Connection

If you havent allready you need to press the systems sync button before the controllers sync button. They need to be pressed within 10 secs of each other and the system first.

You need to sync the xbox with the wireless controls. Turn on XBOX , there is a small button next to where the memory card goes in . Press the button - green lights will circle on the xbox, while its doing that, press + hold the tiny button on top of the controller . This will sync the control to the right XBOX

Xbox 360 wireless controller not connecting.

it sounds like your controller keeps losing sync with the 360.

- turn them both off
- turn on the 360 with the power button on the console
- wait for it to start up, then press the sync button next to the usb flap on front.
- then press the sync button on the controller (by the recharge connection slot)

That should reset it.

Wireless controller

I dont know if you have been able to figure out what the proble was with your 360, but the exact SAME thing happened to me. The 360 seems to be working fine, game loads, and both the consoles and the controllers rings lit up green, but then the controllers ring just keeps flashing and the console won't recognize it. I 've tried other controllers and nothing worked and obviously I tried to synch it with the console time and time again. PLEASE HELP!!!

try the wireless connection button (little white button on the back of the controller by the infared eye) and you might have to push the one on the console to. I have had that problem and have to press the one on the controller and another time had to press both. Hope this helps.
