What is the model# of a Consew walking foot with reverse serial# TH 0406645

Hi,

You can best find the model number of your sewing machine product by searching on either the product or research page of the consew website (ie [company name] . com). If unable to find the model #, please reach out to consew on their Facebook page. There profile name is theofficialconsew.

Thank you.

I have used consew bls-600 industrial sewing I purchased recently. The stitch length 0-4 dial was not working and was very tight. I tried to open it. Now the reverse handle is also not working and t

Shorten your stitch in reverse the machine can't do a stitch that long in reverse. Also google your make and model machine and the word Manual so you can properly learn to use the machine safely.

I am having trouble with adjusting the tension on my consew 817 blind hemmer. Works on felt back lining but then I cannot get a good stitch for a polyester blend face fabric. Stitches are loose and out...

I wonder if you use a tear away interfacing if it would give it some bite. I wouldn't do too much adjusting because you do not have the training and it can really mess it up. Also, totally rethread your machine making sure that all of the guides and discs are getting the thread. Check the tension of the thread by using the flossing technique.

I have a Consew 206RB and it feeds backwords. How can I fix this?

I have a Consew 206RB-1 , if I had This problem I would think the stitch length setting or the downward pressure of the upper walking foot is wrong.

If you set the stitch length to less than 0 it would be in reverse and feed backward.

Dont know what model my consew is

I ask this same question of a man trying to sell me an old Pfaff that was made without reverse. He told me I only need reverse to knot the thread at the end of a seam. All I had to do was hold the fabric a little tighter than the presser foot does and the needle would stay in the same spot and the thread would pass through itself as many times as you think you need.
I have not tried it yet but if you just let the needle sew past the end of the fabric a half inch or so you should get a line of knots
The end of the seem you are making will always be covered by the next piece of fabric your adding to what ever your making.
Or a trimming of some kind, or as in upholstery held in place with staples and then always covered.

Your not going to leave a raw edge any where ! right?
